Your session will take place live via Zoom or Google Meet at a time that suits your time zone.

At the beginning of the session, your practitioner will take a few minutes to understand your intention and how you are feeling. You will then be invited to relax in a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down.

The practitioner will guide the session while you remain relaxed. You may choose to close your eyes and simply allow the experience to unfold.
